Back to top Refunds For refund or replacement or in the unlikely event of defect in merchandise, you must return your Putapôn within fifteen (15) days of the shipment date. Please note, however, that any shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable unless the return is due to defect or an order error on our part. All returns must be in the original packaging. We process all refunds or exchanges within five (5) days of return receipt. When returning merchandise please indicate the reason for the return. You may want to insure your return, as Putapôn cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and appear on your billing statement. Back to top Warranty Every Putapôn is inspected three times before shipment for quality control purposes. We accept only the finest attention to detail. However, Putapôn warrants, to the original purchaser, that the cover is free from defect caused by faulty workmanship or materials for a period of three (3) months as long as the purchaser has proof of purchase. Defects found during this time will be repaired or replaced, at our option, at our expense. This warranty does not include damage due to neglect or abuse, alterations to the original product, or any problems resulting from improper use or care.
